I Squared Capital, a global infrastructure manager, completed the acquisition of Arriva Group, a provider of passenger transport, from Deutsche Bahn, a provider in the mobility and logistics sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Closing this transaction marks an important milestone and an exciting new chapter for Arriva.
