ICRA Analytics, a company that provides services, solutions, analytics and digital platforms for Risk Management, Market Data, Knowledge Services, Consulting, and Counterparty Risk Assessment, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in D2K Technologies India, a provider of software solutions to banks and other financial institutions in India. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We believe technology will play a tremendous role in shaping the progress of Indian lending and financial services markets.
