Vista Equity Partners completed the acquisition of EngageSmart for $4bn.

Vista Equity Partners, a global investment firm, completed the acquisition of EngageSmart, a provider of vertically tailored customer engagement software and integrated payments solutions, for $4bn. “EngageSmart’s success is based upon the Company’s demonstrated track record of innovation and product leadership. “With our transaction now complete, we are eager to leverage our resources and value creation expertise to support the Company’s next phase of growth.
