CapitalSG, a Singapore-based investment and advisory firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in LeapFrog Investments-backed BIMA MILVIK, a global digital health and insurance company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "BIMA MILVIK has entered a new phase of its life after a previous phase of rapid growth," Gustaf Agartson, BIMA CEO and Co-Founder.
