Carlin Consumer Health, a preeminent consumer health business, completed the acquisition of Infirst, a pharmaceutical company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Carlin, and its impressive healthcare partners, will help Infirst achieve its business goals more quickly and allow us to more rapidly commercialize our innovation pipeline,” Jamie Barickman, Infirst President and CEO.
