Integrated Power Services completed the acquisition of Lighthouse Global Energy.

Integrated Power Services, a provider of industrial maintenance services, completed the acquisition of Lighthouse Global Energy, an OEM wind turbine spare parts supplier and manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “My colleagues and I are excited about becoming part of IPS.
