Casa Lumbre and Copper Group formed a joint venture.

Casa Lumbre, a global spirits company that develops, produces, and incubates premium, award-winning spirits, and Copper Group, an investment and talent advisory firm with ventures in entertainment, media, fashion, technology, and philanthropy, formed a joint venture.
