Normec completed the acquisition of DETS & Latis from Suez.

Normec, a provider of TICC services, completed the acquisition of DETS & Latis, a UK-based provider of environmental and water testing services, from Suez, a multinational water and waste management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It is truly great to see our North Western footprint being strengthened through the DETS & Latis activities and thereby further increasing our area of relevance in environmental testing, ranging from the UK, through France, Benelux and the DACH region into Poland.
