Holcim to acquire the remaining 35% stake in Elite Cements from Grupo Simetria.

Holcim, a provider of building materials, agreed to acquire the remaining 35% stake in Elite Cements, a manufacturing company that produces cement and concrete for construction purposes, from Grupo Simetria, a provider of design and construction of solutions in architectural projects and civil works. Financial terms were not disclosed.
