KKR-backed Clinisupplies, manufacturer and supplier of continence care consumables, completed the acquisition of the Aquaflush transanal irrigation business from Renew, a medical devices company specializing in the development and supply of prescription bowel management products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Aquaflush business is a perfect fit with Clinisupplies’ purpose of helping people with continence issues to live more freely through the products and services we provide.
