Intelligent Safety Electronics to acquire FireAngel Safety Technology Group for £23m.

Intelligent Safety Electronics agreed to acquire FireAngel Safety Technology Group, a United Kingdom-based company, which sells and distributes home safety products and accessories, for £23m. "We think this is a great deal for FireAngel Shareholders and are delighted that the Board has recommended our offer. We believe it represents an excellent premium to the share price and encourage shareholders to accept the offer," Wang Jiejun, ISE Director.
