The Ardonagh Group completed the acquisition of Assepro from EMZ Partners.

The Ardonagh Group, an independent insurance distribution platform, completed the acquisition of Assepro, an insurance broker, from EMZ Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We warmly welcome our new colleagues and clients across Switzerland, Austria and Liechtenstein. We will now work with the team to support them in acquiring more like-minded businesses in these key markets and also give them access to the full suite of exclusive product and capacity solutions available in the broader Ardonagh Group," Conor Brennan, Ardonagh International Executive Chairman.
