Waystar, a next-generation, cloud-based technology that simplifies and unifies healthcare payments, and Sequi Ventures, an American venture capital firm, agreed to acquire clearinghouse and patient access business units from Olive AI, a healthcare automation startup. Financial terms were not disclosed.
