LAEMMLE Chemicals completed the acquisition of Amstutz Products.

LAEMMLE Chemicals, an independent Swiss family-owned lubricants and chemicals specialist, completed the acquisition of Amstutz Products, a manufacturer and developer of cleaning agents and chemical-technical products for the industrial sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. As part of a succession plan, Amstutz Products AG was integrated into our LAEMMLE group under its name on November 1st. The Amstutz product portfolio complements lubricant program and the cleaning and care program of FRIPOO Products AG. The merger offers further strategic advantages, especially in the areas of purchasing, development, production and sales.
