Webster Equity Partners-backed Honor Health Network, a provider of home-based personal care services to the Medicaid population in the northeast completed the acquisition of Nightingale, a provider of home care services in Georgia, offering personal care, skilled nursing, infusion, and pharmacy services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
