IVC Evidensia, a veterinary services provider with a network of over 1,500 clinics and hospitals, completed the acquisition of Noorder Dierenkliniek, a provider of veterinary care such as vaccinations and sterilizations, but also more specialist care, such as endoscopy or orthopedics. Financial terms were not disclosed.
