Elis, a specialist in the rental and maintenance of professional clothing and textile articles, agreed to acquire Compañia de Tratamientos Levante, a specialist in pest control. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this transaction, Elis will strengthen its position on the Spanish Pest Control market, which development has been accelerating since the end of the pandemic.
