Blandford Capital completed the acquisition of Hesley Group from Antin Infrastructure Partners.

Blandford Capital, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of Hesley Group, an adult education and residential homes provider, from Antin Infrastructure Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to bring our expertise to support the growth of Hesley Group.
