Davie Shipbuilding completed the acquisition of Helsinki Shipyard from Algador Holdings.

Davie Shipbuilding, a shipbuilding company, completed the acquisition of Helsinki Shipyard, a maker of Arctic icebreaking vessels, from Algador Holdings, a holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to bring two historic and highly complementary businesses together.
