CPPIB, Allianz and Omers to acquire Interise from Larsen & Toubro for $12m.

CPPIB, an investment management organization, Allianz, a financial services company, and Omers, a Canadian public pension fund, agreed to acquire Interise, an investment manager, from Larsen & Toubro, an Indian multinational conglomerate, for $12m.
