Enbridge to acquire seven renewable gas facilities from Morrow Renewables for $1.2bn.

Enbridge, an oil and gas company, agreed to acquire seven renewable gas facilities from Morrow Renewables, a renewable energy company, for $1.2bn. “This transaction represents a uniquely de-risked portfolio of operating and scalable RNG assets. The landfill gas-to-RNG facilities . . . will accelerate progress toward our energy transition goals. I am pleased to welcome the Morrow Renewables team members to the Enbridge family,” Greg Ebel, Enbridge President and CEO.
