Megger, a British manufacturing company that manufactures electronic test equipment and measuring instruments for electrical power applications, agreed to acquire the North American diagnostic laboratory business and InsuLogix monitoring product line of Weidmann Electrical Technology, an integrated solutions provider in the energy sector. Financial terms were not disclosed.
