Hilton Grand Vacations completed the acquisition of Bluegreen Vacations for $1.5bn.

Hilton Grand Vacations, a global timeshare company, completed the acquisition of Bluegreen Vacations, a vacation ownership company that markets and sells vacation ownership interests and manages resorts in popular leisure and urban destinations, for $1.5bn. “Today represents an ending as well as a beginning as the combination of Bluegreen Vacations with HGV creates a compelling vacation ownership offering.
