GIC to acquire a 33% stake in Margautama Nusantara for $212m.

GIC, a sovereign wealth fund established by the Government of Singapore, agreed to acquire a 33% stake in Margautama Nusantara, an Indonesian unit and toll roads operator, for $212m Marguartama Nusantara owns several toll road concessions in Indonesia, including Bintaro Serpong Damai, PT Makassar Metro Network; Jalan Tol Seksi Empat and Jakarta Lingkar Baratsatu, which connect the suburbs of the Indonesian capital, Jakarta.
