Sixth Street-backed Legends, a food, beverage, merchandise, retail, and stadium operations corporation, completed the acquisition of ASM Global, a live event entertainment company, from Onex, a private equity firm, and Anschutz Entertainment Group, an American global sporting and music entertainment presenter.
