Diamond Baseball Holdings completed the acquisition of Fresno Grizzlies.

Diamond Baseball Holdings, an organization that owns and operates select minor league clubs, completed the acquisition of Fresno Grizzlies, a baseball club in Fresno, California. Financial terms were not disclosed.
