Bernhard Capital-backed Grace Hebert Curtis, an architecture, engineering, and construction firm, completed the acquisition of Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford, one of the largest independent architecture firms in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. Financial terms were not disclosed.
