Servly Group completed the acquisition of Samuelssons Vitvaruservice.

Servly Group, a brand-independent and provider of installation and service of white goods and other home products, completed the acquisition of Samuelssons Vitvaruservice, a provider of service and repair of appliances in property or apartment. Financial terms were not disclosed. The company both complements and strengthens Servly's existing operations in Greater Stockholm with a high level of expertise in servicing white goods and professional laundry equipment. Through the acquisition which gives the group even better opportunities for collaboration as well as the exchange of experience and resources in the region, which gives synergies in the group.
