Spreadex completed the acquisition of Sporting Index from FDJ.

Spreadex, a financial spread betting firm, completed the acquisition of Sporting Index, a sports spread betting company, from FDJ, a France's national lottery games operator. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We plan for both brands to continue and we’ve already put some extra product features in place for the Sporting Index brand, which we hope the customers will enjoy," Spreadex.
