Henko Partners completed the acquisition of Pharmalog and BlueClinical.

Henko Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Pharmalog, a pharmaceutical company, and BlueClinical, a full-service CRO. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to launch Astrum and welcome the management teams of Pharmalog and BlueClinical.
