Azelis to acquire Agspec Australia.

Azelis, a service provider in the specialty chemical and food ingredients industry, agreed to acquire Agspec Australia, a distributor of crop nutrition. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to be joining Azelis, with their expertise in developing and marketing specialty chemicals, as this is synonymous with the Agspec business model.
