Gridspertise completed the acquisition of Aidon Oy from Alder Fund I.

Gridspertise, a global technological company, completed the acquisition of Aidon Oy, a provider of solutions for smart grid and smart metering, from Alder Fund I, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
