Calian Group, a diverse products and services company, completed the acquisition of Decisive Group, an IT infrastructure and cyber security services company, for $55m. “We’re pleased to be acquiring a company that not only has so much to offer, but also has similar values. This acquisition is also an important step in our growth strategy allowing us to continue to scale our IT and cyber business.
