Marcolin, an eyewear industry, completed the acquisition of ic! berlin, an independent eyewear manufacturer, from PREMIUM Equity, a private investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition reflects another step in Marcolin’s strategy of enhancing its metal manufacturing capabilities and broadening its luxury portfolio in addition to strengthening its market positioning in Asia and Europe.
