Fortnum and AZ NGA to acquire financial advice business of Australian Unity.

Fortnum, an Australian financial services provider, and AZ NGA, an advisory firm, agreed to acquire financial advice business of Australian Unity, an Australian mutual company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Concurrently, Fortnum will purchase Australian Unity’s financial advice AFSL holder Australian Unity Personal Financial Services and continue to provide licensing and business support to PFS’s 150 self-employed advisers.
