DHS Ventures & Holdings to acquire Carolco Enterprises from AXIS Capital.

DHS Ventures & Holdings, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Carolco Enterprises, an American independent film studio, from AXIS Capital, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to have acquired Carolco Enterprises which is such a part of Americana and a legacy aspects of motion pictures in the U.S., such a standard in quality of film and movies,” Fernando Aguirre, DHS Ventures & Holdings Vice Chairman.
