Vista Equity-backed Acquia to acquire Monsido from CivicPlus.

Vista Equity-backed Acquia, a software-as-a-service company, agreed to acquire Monsido, a SaaS platform for monitoring and perfecting website accessibility, from CivicPlus, a web development & android apps business.
