Rakiza completed the acquisition of Oman Broadband from ITHCA Group.

Rakiza, an investment company, completed the acquisition of Oman Broadband, a broadband infrastructure, providing equal and open access to telecommunication service providers, from ITHCA Group, a venture capital firm based. Financial terms were not disclosed. Oman Broadband, the largest wholesale fiber provider in the country, operates and manages fiber network infrastructure, providing wholesale services to all major Internet Service Providers and Mobile Operators.
