Aurelius completed the acquisition of The Body Shop from Natura &Co for £207m.

Aurelius, an active alternative investment group, completed the acquisition of The Body Shop, a British cosmetics, skin care and perfume company, from Natura &Co, a Brazilian global personal care cosmetics group, for £207m. “We are delighted to be undertaking this acquisition of an iconic British brand, which pioneered the cruelty-free and natural ingredient movement in the health and beauty market.
