Sofipaca, Bpifrance and BNP Paribas Développement, a French investment company, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Mariton Group, a designer and manufacturer of custom insect, pollen, and sun protection products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Investing in the company since 2018, we are delighted to renew our support for Sabine Mariton and her team, who are now the majority shareholders. We were impressed by this project, led by a dynamic and ambitious team, which aligns perfectly with our values and commitments," Marc Andrieu, Bpifrance Investment Director.
