FSK Group completed the acquisition of business in Russia from Sibelco.

FSK Group, a group of companies is an industrial and construction conglomerate which incorporates one of the largest real estate developers in Russia, completed the acquisition of business in Russia from Sibelco, a company specialized in material solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Since 2022, we have carefully monitored the situation, always with the best interests of our employees and customers in mind. Ensuring the continuity and stability of the business for the benefit of our 300 Russian employees was always one of Sibelco’s key considerations in the divestment of its business in Russia," Hilmar Rode, Sibelco CEO.
