Castik and Abry backed-AddSecure, a European provider of secure IoT connectivity and end-to-end solutions, agreed to acquire DigiComm Group, a German provider of solutions for critical infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to welcome DigiComm Group to the AddSecure family.
