Castik and Abry backed-AddSecure to acquire DigiComm Group.

Castik and Abry backed-AddSecure, a European provider of secure IoT connectivity and end-to-end solutions, agreed to acquire DigiComm Group, a German provider of solutions for critical infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to welcome DigiComm Group to the AddSecure family. Their extensive knowledge and experience in critical infrastructure solutions complements our existing solutions portfolio. In addition, the acquisition enables us to continue our expansion in the DACH region where we will leverage DigiComm Group's established customer base and strong market presence," Stefan Albertsson, AddSecure CEO.
