The Riverside Company, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Frenchies Modern Nail Care, a nail care studio. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Frenchies is a natural addition to Bishops Cuts/Color and the thesis of creating a leading multi-brand franchisor of personal care service and health & wellness brands.
