Seaside Equity Partners completed the acquisition of Frontier Services Group.

Seaside Equity Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Frontier Services Group, a provider of emergency restoration services to residential and commercial clients. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are beyond excited to begin this new partnership with Seaside.
