Hivest Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Marchante, a company specializing in the design of biaxially-stretched specialty plastic film production lines for a variety of cutting-edge industrial sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am delighted to welcome Hivest Capital among the shareholders of our family group.
