Mathem to merge with Oda.

Mathem, an online grocery store, agreed to merge with Oda, Norwegian grocery delivery startup. Financial terms were not disclosed. "For us at Mathem, the focus for a long time has been to increase the efficiency of the business and I am incredibly proud of how far we have come, above all thanks to our automated facility in Larsboda. However, we are still chasing profitability in a market that is tough due to challenging macroeconomic conditions. The merger means that we now get a completely different scalability and can further increase efficiency thanks to Oda's world-leading logistics platform, and in this way sharpen our customer offer even more, especially in terms of price and quality," Johan Lagercrantz, Mathem Managing Director.
