The Duckhorn Portfolio completed the acquisition of Sonoma-Cutrer Vineyards from Brown-Forman for $400m.

The Duckhorn Portfolio, a luxury wine company, completed the acquisition of Sonoma-Cutrer Vineyards, a luxury Chardonnay winery, from Brown-Forman, a quality beverage alcohol manufacturer, for $400m. “We are thrilled to add the acclaimed Sonoma-Cutrer winery brand to our portfolio of luxury winery brands and welcome their talented team.
