Pontegadea, a private real estate asset manager, completed the acquisition of a 618-MW portfolio of wind and solar farms from Repsol, a company that explores for and produces crude oil and natural gas, refines petroleum, and transports petroleum products and liquefied petroleum gas, for €363m.
