Branford Castle-backed CSG to acquire HDK Industries from Cha Technologies.

Branford Castle-backed Clean Solutions, an ESG company, agreed to acquire HDK Industries, a compny that specializes in custom-designed nonwoven fabrics, from Cha Technologies, a global conglomerate with diversified businesses in property, technology, textiles, financial services, and healthcare.
